METAL MOULD OIL
Metal Mould oil is a mold oil which is formulated for used in water resistant metal molds containing special additives.
Usage
It is used for lubricating metal concrete molds.
Properties
- Film Layer Creation Feature:It forms a thin film layer in the mold with low viscosity structure and prevents the concrete from adhering to the mold.
- Creating a Smooth Surface Feature:It provides smooth concrete surfaces.
- There Is No Mold Cleaning Problems:It removes the mold cleaning problem and allows it to be used again.
- Lubricant Property:Due to the good lubrication properties, it prevents rusting of metal surfaces.
- Long Mold Life:It increases mold productivity and life span.
- Ease of Application:It is ready to use and simple to apply. On surfaces that are absorbing (wood, etc.), 1 liter of product can be lubricated up to approximately 15-20 m² and non-absorbent surfaces (steel, plastic etc.) with 1 liter of product can be surface oiled up to 35-40 m².
