SYNTHETIC INDUSTRIAL GEARLINE

SYNTHETIC INDUSTRIAL GEARLINE

It is a closed system gear oil which is resistant to high pressures produced by the addition of package additive which gives special Flender approval performance to synthetic base oils and prevents scratches and tooth breakage in overloads.

Usage

Can be used in all closed system gear boxes. In the industrial system closed-system gears with high and impact loads, especially in the iron and steel sectors, especially rolling, calendering, crane, conveyor, machine tools, reducers, flexible concepts, elevators, flat and roller bearings and similar high- used.

Properties

  • High Pressure Feature:Prevents scratching, tearing (micropitting) and tooth breakage on the gear surfaces thanks to specially developed additives. In the FZG spur gear test, min 12 and min 70 lb. Timken meets the load value.
  • Wide Application Area:They can be used in all kinds of gear systems thanks to their wide viscosity range. Reduces oil variability by providing a wide application area.
  • Thermal Stability:It has thermal stability at high temperatures.
  • Low maintenance cost:Protects the gear system for a long time as it provides high oil film resistance. Reduce wear on first work. It prevents scratching, tearing (micropitting) and tooth breakage on the threaded surfaces. Reduces maintenance costs and improves operating efficiency.
  • High Demolition Feature:It is resistant to emulsion formation. Protect the lubrication feature by throwing water in the area in a short time. Effective lubrication continues even in contact with water.
  • Oxidation Resistance and Foam Control:Oxidation resistance prevents formation of deposits and viscosity thickening caused by oxidation. Quickly blow out the surrounding air to prevent foaming.
