HEAT PROCESS OIL

Rafinol Heat Process Oil is a heat process oil prepared by blending additives and high quality base oils that can harden to the desired conditions by improving the structure of the steel during the processing of the steel.

Usage

At temperatures between 32-55 ° C is recommended for the quenching bath for carbon alloy steels.

Properties

  • Excellent Cooling Performance: That steel structure intact, without changing the color, surface properly ensures hardening as desired.
  • High Thermal Stability: It can be safely used in the bath quenching.
  • Superior Oxidation Resistance: It has on the oxidation resistance. It ensures long lifetime.
  • Surface Smoothness: It prevents formation of hair cracks, enables hardening of the surface as smooth as desired.
  • Perfect Cleaning Feature: It prevents oil thickening and deposit formation.
