HEAT TRANSFER PROCESS OIL MAX 220

HEAT TRANSFER PROCESS OIL MAX 220

Rafinol Heat Transfer Process  Oil Max 220 is an industrial oil prepared for use in closed heat transfer system with operating temperature up to 220 ° C and open heat transfer system with operating temperature up to 200 ° C.

Usage

Rafinol  Heat Transfer Process Oil during transfer is used in the pipe system suitable for high pressure.

Properties

  • Maximum Performance Thermal Stability: Mineral oils are exposed to two types of degradation at elevated temperatures.1) The cleavage of the carbon chain formed by the decomposition of hydrocarbon molecules.2) Combine with oxygen in the air oxidation at high temperatures. Rafinol heat transfer fluids can be based on two types of effects. It is the high viscosity index for paraffinic.
  • Low Evaporation Percentage: The evaporation rate is low.
  • Operating Performance at Low Temperature: Operating performance at low temperatures is good

 Points to Consider

  • Oil film temperature of 220 ° C, the heating should be initiated prior to circulation to exceed. Heating should be continued even after the end of   circulation for at least two hours.
  • This stream should always be turbulent.
  • Heating should include refractory material.
  • In case of deterioration of the oil pump should alarm system. If possible spare pump should automatically activate or must be manually fast circuit.
  • Flame should not be contacted directly with the heater tube.
  • The system should not exceed expansion tank temperature 60 ° C.
  • First heating up to 110 ° C should be made quite slow. Using ventilation valves should be thrown out of the water vapor and air system.
  • The system must be kept under constant control.
