Rafinol Procut R15 Boron oil is obtained by blending naphthoic oils with superior properties and special additives. It is a multi-purpose oil-based metal working fluid (cutting-grinding) mixed with water in the processing of various metals.
Aluminum and copper alloys , soft light and heavy metals such as steel and cast iron machining operations (machining) , as the lubricant and coolant warm retreat of aluminum rod is very convenient. The water in this range should be preferred as the emulsion stability between 5-20 dH (German Hardness) is guaranteed. It is recommended that you do not mix the Boron Oil, which is to be added, with bacteria that do not contain very soft or very hard water.5% boron oil is slowly added to 95 % water to get the best result.According to the refractometer coefficient, the measurement in the tank should not be lowered below 5% of the level of the mineral oil.Never add water on top of oil.If there is a different type of product in the system, if the system has not been tampered with oil immediately, if the system has not been operated for a long time with the formation of burrs and foams and the liquid color has become dirty appearance, the existing cutting fluid in the system should be completely changed and the system must be cleaned and cleaned and a new emulsion should be prepared.Replacement intervals are classified by operator in terms of process type, difficulty, burr density, oil leaks, system cleaning etc. and should be determined at the optimum level. It is recommended to use between 5-10% in normal machining, while it is recommended to use between 4-6% for lighter machining and grinding operations.
