SHIP LAUNCHING BASE COAT

Ship Launching Base Coat is the first layer material that forms the bottom layer applied on the cradles used to launch large tonnage ships into the water. The application of Rafinol Ship Launching Base Coat; It is melted and applied to cradles.

Usage

It is used on cradles where ships are launched in shipyards.

Properties 

  • High Protection Performance: It makes as a protective function on cradles.
  • High Resistance Feature to Rust, Oxidation and Sea Water: It resists to rust, oxidation and seawater.

Warnings and Recommendations

Keep the material that is covered with Ship Launching Base Coat and Ship Launching Slip Coat away from sources of welding place and sources of fire.

After the first use of the Speedol Ship Launching Base Coat, it can be used several times by taking off the product on cradles and melting them again. However, it should be considered that the product effect is reduced in every use.

It is recommended to use protective materials (goggles, gloves) when applying the product.
