MASTER ALUMINIUM PISTON GREASE

Master Aluminium Piston Paste is a bentonite based, low penetration lubricant containing graphite in high aspect.

Applications

Aluminum is used for easy separation of aluminum burrs that accumulate in extrusion pistons in extrusion systems. Protects the piston tip and sleeve from the effect of burning aluminum molten.

Usage

It can be applied with manual brushing or high pressure pumps.

Properties

• High-Performance Protection: It facilitates the removal of aluminum burrs from the molds as it exhibits very good lubrication and surface adhesion properties, thus prolonging the life of the molds, reduces maintenance costs. Protects the piston tip and sleeve from the effect of burning aluminum molten.
• High Performance Lubricants: The abundant amount of graphite in the contents has a high lubrication performance depending on the quality of the base oil used.
• High Temperature and Pressure Resistance: With its high graphite content, it has high strength in the press, it keeps the oil even under high pressure and heat.
