MASTER TEMP HEAT GREASE

It is a heat-resistant grease used in high temperatures which is a special grease developed for high temperature applications.

Applications

In bread ovens, brick ovens, asphalt production plants operating at high temperatures provide high performance. It'a special grease developed for high temperature applications. It is not recommended for use in high speed, moving systems.

Properties

• Operating Performance at Extremely High Temperatures: Thanks to the inorganic thickener used, the grease working temperature limit is limited by the base oil and the feature of additive. The properties of the base oil determine its working temperature. This temperature is around 175 ° C but is used at higher temperatures with close pursuit and re-grease.
• Providing Long-Lasting Effective Performance: Due to its gel structure, it is resistant to oxidation and is very difficult to evaporate. These features make the grease life long and provide good performance at high temperatures. Thanks to its contained antioxidant additive and well-selected base oil, it can serve without deterioration even at high temperatures.
• Effective Load Carrying Performance: Because the base oil quality used is very good and high viscosity base oil is chosen, it gives very good lubrication. It performs well under difficult conditions and at low revs.
