ROPE OIL 2X (BITUMEN)

Rope Oil 2X (Bitümen) is gear oil containing extra pressure additive (EP) developed for use in industrial open gear systems.

Usage

Rope Oil 2X (Bitumen) is used for the lubrication of heavy duty open gears working at high temperatures such as open gears, mining applications, cement gears, ring gears and large gears in ore processing plants.

Properties

• High Pressure Feature: It is a premium quality oil with excellent load carrying capacity with the EP additive feature it contains.
• Permanent Film Layer: It adheres perfectly to the gear and gear systems in the areas where it works, preventing them from remaining dry and oil-free. It leaves a very good film layer, thereby preventing material wear caused by friction.
• High Rust and Corrosion Protection: Through additives it contains protects the system against rust and corrosion.
• High Demulsion Feature: It is resistant to emulsion formation. It protects its lubrication feature by removing the water in its structure in a short time.
